Excellent city stay

underground parking fresh juices

The underground parking was a big plus for me (a real relief in a busy area). i also found the breakfast to have a great variety. I especially liked the fresh juices. i appreciated the staff's kindness. They were always helpful.

the carpet in my room had some noticeable stains. a more thorough vacuuming would improve the overall cleanliness.

A GREAT stay!

friendly staff central location tasty coffee

I found the staff to be friendly. the hotel's central location made exploring easy. the included breakfast offered good variety and tasty coffee. I REALLY enjoyed it. conference halls were spacious and well-equipped.

the noise from neighboring rooms was slightly audible. it wasn't a MAJOR issue, but worth noting.

the room was very clean with good storage space. the bed was comfortable. the location was perfect. breakfast had a good selection of food.

the hotel carpet had many stains. it was not properly vacuumed. i bought slippers from reception for an additional charge because i did not want to step on the carpet with my socks.

thin walls stale pastries

the walls seemed thin. i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway frequently. also, the breakfast was disappointing. i found the selection limited and the quality of some items wasn't great. the coffee tasted weak and the pastries seemed stale. this wasn't the best start to my mornings.

The hotel is conveniently located, a short drive from the city center. Check-in was quick and easy, handled by friendly staff. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a useful mini fridge. I also appreciated the shop located right next door for added convenience.

The hotel restaurant was closed during the evening. I would have liked to have a quick snack upon arrival.

old television lack of privacy

The tv was really old. It wasn't even a smart tv and it only had some channels in Romanian. You couldn't watch anything to relax so that was pretty bad for me. Also the bathroom door is sliding and doesn't close completely. There's a gap on the side, so there isn't any privacy. It's a little awkward.
